Panic

I feel like I haven’t worked out in forever. I feel lethargic, depressed, and hopeless. I have to lose weight before NYE or I will be even more depressed.

I don’t know why I lose focus sometimes. My boyfriend is so consistent, and I’m just not. I guess with school and work I just can’t keep it together. 

I still have been using myfitnesspal everyday, but my workouts are suffering. I suppose the only way to fix this is to print out a calender for the month for my fridge to mark down every day I exercise so I don’t lose track.

Any tips for keeping focused?
