I worked out TWICE yesterday. Day one of 30DS level 3, then when I came back from work my boyfriend and I went into the gym and first I worked on my mile time- I’m still getting used to the whole treadmill thing. 30DS Day 19 got a virus off my boyfriends computer gave people at work their schedules of the day made coffee and tracked flights for work… which is a futile effort. …all before my boy gets outta bed..  I would make breakfast but he has his heart set on cooking me the healthy vegetarian version of biscuits and gravy. Today is a good day! I lost 2lbs this week Day 18 of 30DS is done I got my grades back and I got 2 A’s and 2 B’s I got a bonus from work for my hard work this year and my boyfriend that I haven’t seen in a month and a half is almost here for Christmas.

why aren't I hungry?
I’m only at about 800-1,000 calories today and I’m not really hungry at all. I had coffee with some fiber mixed in egg whites, veggies, and mozzerella around 4 glasses of water a few cookies that were brought into work and a boca burger. who knows.

to work.. UGH! I’m ready for level 2!!! My eating was not good this weekend. I don’t think I went over calories, but it still wasn’t good. I feel gross since I haven’t worked out since Friday I think. Funny how that works. And my weight was up a few pounds today but I think it’s from salty foods/digestion problems. I’m back on track today.

trying to get 30DS to work. I literally just spent an hour on friday night trying different programs and turning my computer off and on.
